macam2 nk di syukurkan..alhamdulillah jugak even xde rezeki nk part time dgn member aku, kebetulan mase anta Na g part time kt RnR Temerloh ade uncle minta tolong keje2 key in data bcoz he unfamiliar with IT. So, mule nye nak anta na g keje je, aleh2 die minta tolong and ingat kan mtk tlg mase tu je , skali die offer part time dgn die. So, nanti die bayar la upah. Alhamdulillah, berkat doa dan zikrullah..rezeki datang dari arah2 yg x aku sangke..terima kasih Ya Allah. Pasal upah aku xkisah pun brape die nak bayar, sebab keje aku xsusah pun, key in data and send email. Dapat la melepaskan duit top up etc.
^___^ Dan mungkin berkat doa aku dan zikrullah, Alhamdulillah bersyukur...after 3 bulan sepi tanpe ape2 panggilan, berpusu2 org panggil utk interview. Baru interview pun nak beria???huh..korg xtau. Dapat xdapat keje lain cerita, baru org call panggil utk interview pun aku dah hepy..sbb ape?after 1st interview bulan 7 hari tu, 3 bulan xde pape panggilan yg membuatkan aku stress, down, moyok, rase cm !@#$%& lah. After 3 months tu dpt call dari company kat area Sunway. Then next 2 weeks (klu xsilap) dpt call lagi and kali ni sekali datang panggilan, ha amek kaw la, dalam seminggu 3 interview kene pegi, jauh2 lak tu (Sepang, Setapak pastu rushing balik pahang interview kat Kuantan). Then, belum pun habis attend tiga2 interview tu lagi dlm minggu yg same dpt call interview mgu depan nye kt Melake. Fuewww...sgt penat. Tapi yg +ve mcm possibly akan dpt x la sume..aku xkisah lgsg pasal dapat xdpt, misi aku adalah menghadiri sume interview sbb aku hargai sume interview tu.. susah nak dpt. 1 je yg xdpt pergi hr tu sbb last minute sgt, bgtau hr ni tp kene attend keesokan harinye. And tadi dapat call lagi, interview minggu depan, mmg malas tol nk pegi..kat Perlabuhan Kuantan (company yg same kt Kuantan hari tu), xnk la aku g sampai 2x interview kt company yg same. Yg hari tu penat2 aku rushing balik pahang utk attend intvw company tu, last2 position QHSE tu more to Quality Assurance xde safety and prefer dak2 chemical engineering (yg korg letak name position tu Quality Health Safety and Environment tu ape pasal?), bengkek gak aku. Next week ni company yg same untuk position lain n department lain (position Quality Control--sah2 la terang lg bersuluh nak dak engineering sedangkan post QHSE pun nk tu). adoi, ni la masalahnye klu yg screen CV org lain yg interviewer nye org lain. Naye ke org, kos perjalanan lg, dtg2 kelayakan kite bkn utk position tu. So, x ape la kan aku x attend yg ni?
hehe, lagi pun, i need to report myself to PERMATA/Petronas Leadership Centre (PLC) utk skim latihan 4 Januari 2012. So, xberat hati sgt utk absent interview yg kuantan tu (plus abah maybe xde, blk kg on that day). Alhamdulillah, thanks Ya Allah. Mungkin Dia tau aku xdapat keje utk mane2 company yg intverview hr tu, so Dia buka kan rezeki aku utk Skim latihan Petronas ni kan..?Alhamdulillah (^^)..will be migrate to Bangi for 2 months soft skills class, then 6 months On Job Tarining at any one of Petronas branches. Alhamdulillah ^______________________________^ tidur pun tersenyum.

Long distance relationship...tak sangka, dan tak jangka..aku lah antara orang-orang yang terlibat dalam jenis percintaan macam ni..cabaran?banyak..gaduh, baik, gaduh, baik..tp yang tu biaselah, tak pelik. Yang menjadi isu utama, susah nak jumpe..betape tak tau dan tak keruan..bile rindu, tapi tak boleh jumpe..Mase masih belum bekerja dah payah nak jumpe, kalau dah kerja nanti?...sigh~

Bos xde, so sorg jela. but, sediy lah jugak, xtye psl law. aku fokus on legistation prepare utk kali ni (klu tye law...potpetpotpet mulut aku leh goreng rasenye). tp skali lg luck x menyebelahi, byk tye psl solving problems (dh jd mcm org yg xtau pape psl safety pulak di mate mamat tu cesss). i cant thinking in short period of time, otak jem. try so hard to answering. Tapi bile dgr die ckp "u have no exp, i dunno wt to ask"...wey..klu xmo amek fresh, jgn panggil la (padahal interviewer tu setahun pun xsampai lg dh jd senior SHO:: info dr mak cik mase bergossip td, haha)..naye la. Cost perjalanan..xbek naye ke org..

SHO responsibility:
actually SHO duty is to plan, promote and implement safety and health practices.
regarding SHO regulation, reg 18:
it shall be the duty of SHO to advice employer and employee about safety and health at workplace, SHO also need to inspect place of work to determine the safety condition, and he or she need to investigate any accidents, near miss, dangerous occurence following the NADOPOD.other than that, SHO shall assist employer and safety committee and at the same time be the secretary for safety committee.
Some important act in OSHA 1994:
Act 15. the general duty of employer to employee:
Employer shall ensure safety, health and welfare of all employees. Employer also shall provide maintenance of plant and system of work so that it safe for work activities. other than that, employer shall provide information, training, instruction and supervison on safety and health to employees. and they also need to provide maintenance of work environment to employees so it safe for work activties.
Act 16: Employer shall provide Safety and Health Policy
Act 17: General duty of employer to person other than employees
It is the duty of employer to ensure that person other than his employees not exposed to safety risks at workplace, and it is the duty of employer to provide safety information to person other than his employees at workplace.

Tension nye, mak cik tau x sy giler jarang nk jumpe udang kt umah, klu ade pun abg sy mancing and xsemestinya sy mkn, its not really my feveret food. xtau pape terus nak ber ieee ieee...quite rude oke. ade sesetengah tu bole pulak, dtg2 umah mase bersalam2an "heyyy...ni salah pakai pencuci muke ni"..amboih, hebatnye die dr nujum pak belalang sampai tau dgn menelek muke ku xsampai 1 saat. mak cik2 akak2 sekelian..selame (jap nk kire..23-12=11), so selame 11 tahun ni sume pencuci muke baik dari secikai2 pencuci muke cm sabun susu kambing sampai la sefeymes2 sabun like sendayu tinggi, totally ntah brape puluh or maybe ratus brand sabun pencuci muke sy gune, 1 pun TIDAK memberi sebarang kesan. ye, TIDAK MEMBERI SEBARANG KESAN..neither +ve impact nor -ve impact..lg byk ke lg kurang ke x ade ye...maintain gitu jek..so, i easily summarize that i had internal problem kot..darah kotor maybe?like my sis fren which doc said her pimple prob cant be solve because she had darah kotor, or maybe my body have too high toxin (sbb habit jarang minum air masak...sehari setengah gelas air masak???critical betol)..dh berape kali cube nk minum air byk, siap beli botol air pinky colour cute miut sbg perangsang minum air, xjalan jugek...habit habit..ssh betol nk ubah~
baru jap td, surf internet, i found so many tips to solve pimple prob..ade yg kene gune bende2 yg mengarut yg aku xberape gemar nk gune like bawang putih la, bunge cengkih la, susu tepung la, kunyit la (grrrr...what the??), but i found a blog which suggest a good and relevant tips that i can practice it easily...so, jom try nak??simple je..dpt pahale lg okeh..
1) Jangan sentuh atau garu muke anda dengan jerawat( eh, silap..dgn jari..hehe), paham??
2) Kurangkan atau x payah langsung makan makanan berminyak, cth: kuah kari, kuah sardin so on,,
3) Puasa sunat hari khamis dan jumaat selalu (yg ni mmg aku suke, leh loose weight sekali)

3 biji telur
Garam secukup rasa
Bahan untuk Sos
2 ulas bawang kecil, dicincang
2 ulas bawang putih, dicincang
1 batang cili merah, dihiris halus
2 batang jagung muda, dipotong serong
Sedikit bunga kobis
Sedikit carrot, potong serong
1 biji buah tomato, dibelah
½ cawan sos cili
¼ cawan sos tiram
1 kiub ayam
Garam secukup rasa
Bancuhan tepung jagung
Minyak untuk menumis
Cara Memasak :
1. Telur dan garam dipukul dan digoreng seperti telur dadar, angngkat dan ketepikan
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih, bawang kecil dan lada merah sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili dan kiub ayam, kacau sehingga ia sebati.
4. Masukkan jagung muda, bunga kobis dan karot, kacau sebati.
5. Masukkan sedikit air, masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa, masukkan tomato, kacau sosnya sehingga ia sebati dan sayurnya masak.
6. Kemudian tuang sos diatas telur yang telah didadar tadi
7. Enak dihidangkan sewaktu ia panas.

Ya Allah Ya Fatah Kau murahkan lah rezeki kami hari ini, hari esok dan hari seterusnya...aminn..berkat doa aku, Jumaat tu bergeraklah kami ke temerloh pas solat jumaat, dan alhamdulillah ngam2 ade 3 kosong lg tempat.
Eman dgn cilah igt temankan aku je. si eman igt aku suh temankan tgk konsert jumaat tu, cilah pulak igt nk temankan aje, skali aku bg name dorg, xpasal2 terjebak jugak jd crew,,haha..
aku bukan ape, selain dpt duit tu. saje nk amek pengalaman handle event, jd kuli. mula2 segan2 cuak. skali dh buat,,gile best. seronok seyh, jd crew ni. dpt duk dekat kwsn staff2 crew2, duk dalam pagar. Jadi dpt lah pengalaman yg amat berharge yg boleh di pahat dlm memory selama2nya. Penat x penat lah, janji enjoy seronok. PUAS HATI..hoyeah~

okeh, impacts dr jd crew ni..dpt memory manis, kene maki hamun, layan kerenah budak2 yg ramai giler main belon (feuwww, ssh handle), pak cik and abg2 yg jage balloon yg sporting, bos pun oke aje, member2 yg jd hantu sporting (dpt tgkap gmbr dgn dorg last event), dan keesokan harinya hari isnin aku rase sebak sbb dh xkeje, rase xpuas lagi..xsempat say bye and thx kt abg2 same2 jage balloon. thx guys for helping and working together and being nice to us.
